The SUPPORT PLAN includes the following services:
- A complete visual scan of every webpage on your website twice per month. We will examine the status of all of the dynamic elements, such as contact, search and consultation forms, links, sliders, etc. If any problems are found, you will be informed within 24 hours via email address provided to us.
- A monthly analysis and report of your website’s performance as monitored by Google Analytics. The report will contain various types of data regarding website visitors and interactions. Changes, improvements and weaknesses will be compared with previous months and the report will include influencing factors and recommendations.
- Ongoing upgrades to the WordPress theme, plugins, widgets, forms, and software previously installed on your website.
- Monitoring of the host server uptime status. There are generally intermittent periods, usually very short, when websites appear to be inaccessible, especially with less expensive, shared servers. The amount and duration varies by the quality of the host company services.
- Internal and external links will be monitored regularly and checked for performance.
- The email address entered on installed interactive forms will be tested twice each month.
- The security system currently installed on your website will be monitored and checked once each week.
- Social media integration between the website and existing external accounts will be monitored for consistent performance.
- Corrections to unexpected formatting changes, including page layout, image layout and resolution, text copy graphic elements, sliders, galleries, forms and other page elements will be performed as needed.
- New copy, graphics or images provided by the client will be uploaded “as is” when requested.
- A full backup of your website will be performed every month. The data will be saved to an external server account that you currently own, control or have authorized access. Credentials must be provided prior to the start of the subscription period.

- If you request or authorize any other work that falls outside the scope of the services listed above, an additional amount of $30 per hour (a 25% less than our regular rate) will be added to your next payment due.
